Registration Open for Summer 2026 Season!
1. Registration Fees:
1st swimmer - $400
2nd swimmer - $375
3rd swimmer - $350
4th swimmer - $325
15-18's Fee - $175
Due 1st day of practice, 4/13/26.
2. Fundraising - Choose Buyout or Deposit:
Fundraising Buy Out - $300 per family
Fundraising Deposit - $200 per family (check to B.E.S.T) check given back at the end of the season if all fundraising was completed. If fundraising obligations are not met we will cash your check. If partial obligation is met we will require balance to be paid by check.
Due 1st day of practice, 4/13/26.
3. Work Deposit:
Work Deposit - $200 per family (check to B.E.S.T) check given back at end of season if all parent work assignments are completed.

4. Splash Fee (only pay if not going to be a Bishop Estates Cabana Club member for the 2026 season):
Non-Cabana Member Splash Fee - $250 per family (this helps cover the cost for our swim team to rent the pool from the Bishop Estates Cabana Club. If you are a member of the cabana club or will be registering to become a cabana club member for the 2026 swim season you do not need to pay this fee)

Payment Dues
Swim team dues are paid in two installments for families who register during the Early bird registration period in February.
First Payment
Due by 2/28/26 (at registration)
Includes:
- Early Bird Registration Fee
(Payable by check, Zelle, or credit card)
Early Bird Rate: Applies to registrations completed on or before 2/28/26
Late Registration: Families registering on or after 3/1/26 will be charged the increased registration fee, which will be due by 4/13/26 (first day of practice)
Second Payment (Remaining Balance)
Due by Monday, 4/13/26 – First Day of Practice

Note: This fee is waived if your family registers as a Bishop Estates Cabana Club Member for the 2026 season.
Cabana Club Membership Information
Bishop Estates Cabana Club Members have access to the pool during Cabana Club hours for the 2026 season.
- Cabana Club registration and payment are separate from swim team dues
- Register online at bishopestatescabana.info
- You must be registered as a Cabana Club Member by 4/13/26
- If not registered by that date, the $250 Splash Fee will be required

All remaining dues must be paid by the first day of practice (4/13/26)
Athletes will not be allowed to practice until all dues are paid. - Board members will be available on deck on the first day of practice to process payments.
- Each deposit requires its own separate check.
- Payment Plans: Families who would like to request a payment plan may email [email protected]. Requests will be reviewed to determine if accommodations can be made.

On-Deck Payments
Any payments due on the first day of practice (4/13/26) may be completed on deck at the pool. Board members will be available to collect and process payments.
SWIM SEASON / PRACTICE SCHEDULES
Practices begin April 13th, and are held in the late afternoon/early evening during the school year Mon, Tues, and Thurs. Once school is out for the summer, practices run Mon - Fri in the morning. Please see our ‘2026 Practice Schedule’ page for this season's specific swim practice times. Practices end July 23rd, unless your child is a county qualifier that will be attending the County Meet August 1st and August 2nd they will practice the week of July 27th. Those practice times will be determined by the head coach at a later date.
SWIMMER PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
We require all swimmers to participate in Time Trials held Saturday, May 16th to establish their baseline swim times. All swimmers are required to participate in City Meet Friday, July 24th to Sunday, July 26th. All swimmers are also required to help at our annual invitational 8 & under Bishop Bash Monday, June 8th. This meet is hosted by our team and ran by primarily our 9 and up swimmers with our 8 and unders participating in the meet. We need all of our swimmers and parents to help make it run.
SWIM MEETS
Swim meets are held on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings, and usually run 3-4 hours.

INVITATIONAL SWIM MEETS
Invitational swim meets for the 2026 season our team will participate in are as follows:
- Bishop Bash on Monday 6/8 (hosted by our swim team) - 9 and unders work the meet, 8 and unders participate.
- Medieval Madness on Saturday 5/30 (hosted by Gehringer) - 9-18 year olds swim only. 8 and under do not participate.
- Battle of the Ages on Saturday 6/27 and Sunday 6/28 (hosted by Pleasant Hill Dolfins). All ages participate.
- Crossings Challenge on Friday 7/10 and Saturday 7/11( hosted by Walnut Country). All ages participate.
- City Meet on Friday 7/24 to Sunday 7/26. Biggest and most important meet of the season. This will be scored as our league meet.
Note: Invitational meets are not mandatory, however, a lot of fun and you are highly encouraged to attend them with the exception of Bishop Bash and City Meet, which we require you to attend.
