Bishop Estates Swim Team

This is the Bishop Estates Swim team 2026 Fall Clinic. We welcome kids ages 4-18 years old that have swam on a summer recreation swim team in the 2025 and/or 2026 swim season. Swim team experience is required for this clinic.

OVERVIEW

The goal of this clinic is to slow down the learning process to practice and perfect good technique and habits for swimmers in preparation for the upcoming season.

BENEFIT

Six weeks of sessions will allow each stroke to be covered in depth, with individual technique feedback, and mixture of drills and learning. Strokes will be slowed down to make sure each swimmer understands the mechanics and individual parts of movement. When focusing on swim and stroke technique without the pressure of intervals or conditioning, swimmers will be able to create good habits that they will carry into their races for the upcoming season. For ages 9 and up each of the four strokes will be covered in addition to flip turns and open turns.

Please Note: For ages 8 and under the Coach will be customizing the program based on each swimmer's abilities. 

Registration Fee:

$275 for swimmer 1

$250 for swimmer 2

$225 for swimmer 3

$200 for swimmer 4 or more

Program Dates: Monday 8/17/26 through Thursday 9/24/26

No Practice on Labor Day: Monday, 9/7/26

Practice Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (NO PRACTICE ON WEDN OR FRIDAY) 

AGES 8 AND UNDER

Practice Time: 5:00pm - 5:45pm

Length of Practice: 45 minutes

AGES 9 AND UP

Practice Time: 5:45pm - 6:45pm

Length of Practice: 1 hour
