Mini Cudas Fall Info

This is the Bishop Estates Swim team learn to swim program. We welcome kids ages 4-6 years old. No swim experience is required. Exceptions to the age requirement may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Head Coach. Please contact us if your child is outside the recommended age range.

Our learn to swim program is designed to teach basic fundamentals of learning to swim freestyle and backstroke. Throughout the session you will see your child learn lots of new tools to help them become awesome swimmers. You will notice that the swimmers will be broken into 3 groups; beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each group will learn the same thing.

You will expect to see:

Kicking with kick boards, streamlining, side breathing intro, and much much more.

The ultimate goal of this program is to get all swimmers ready to swim on our swim team.

The shared goal of the Mini Cudas program is for swimmers to complete 25 yards freestyle without stopping. Mini Cudas receive instruction from the head coach with B.E.S.T. swimmers in the water assisting Mini Cudas.

Additional Information

Registration will be limited in order to maintain a safe coach-to-swimmer ratio. Our youngest and least experienced swimmers need small groups and ample space to learn and practice their developing skills.

If the Mini Cudas programs have reached capacity upon your attempt to register, you may add your name to the Mini Cudas Waiting List. If a spot on the program becomes available, we will notify the waitlisted families in order. Each family will have 24 hours to respond before we move to the next family on the list.
